Returns

At Funlantun Foods, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality, hygienically packaged African food products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products (mostly perishable and food-based), we currently do not accept returns once goods have been delivered and accepted in good condition. However, exceptions apply in cases of:

  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect or missing items in your order
  • Expired products upon delivery

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos and details of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Product was never delivered
  • Product was damaged before delivery and proof is provided
  • Wrong product was sent and cannot be replaced

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days, and credited to your original method of payment.

Replacements & Exchanges

In the event of a valid complaint (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or missing items), we will offer a replacement or store credit based on availability. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
